Ernst & Young Ltd is the statutory auditor of Uster Technologies Ltd and the auditor of the Uster Group since 2003. Mr. Willy Hofstetter is the auditor in charge since January 1, 2003.

The statutory and group auditors are elected to serve for a period of one year by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
